Duties:
Answer incoming calls daily in a polite and professional manner.

Provide assistance to helpdesk colleagues as needed.
Follow-up with customers who have left messages in the Internet Helpdesk VM box.
Provides support and troubleshooting for customers with Internet access and email

Provide front-end support for customers via E-mail.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical department and management support needed to meet company and departmental objectives through the coordination of company resources.
Coordinate and supervise all cell site construction and when required implementation of equipment changeout activities. Prepare requests for quotations and evaluate quotations. Supervise all phases of cell site or MTSO construction and insure that Bluegrass construction standards are maintained.
Continually re-evaluate General Contractor’s costs and recommend alternatives.
Prepare timely status reports as required for project management scheduling, spreadsheets, etc.
Monitors and verifies work performed versus schedule, budget and specifications.
Insure that selected contractors/vendors have appropriate proof of insurance on file with BCI.
Responsible for final punch list and close out documentation.

Requirements:
Two-year associate’s degree in an applicable field of engineering and two years professional experience strongly preferred.
Previous supervisory/managerial experience in the fields of radio/data/telecommunications’ systems (preferable cellular systems), with emphasis on project management and system construction desired.
Working knowledge of RF propagation (mobile, point-to-point, and microwave), FCC and FAA rules and regulations, RF equipment and installation techniques.

Principal Accountabilities:
Constant security surveillance of the HQ network to ensure that the network is not subject to security breeches from the Internet and internal communities.
Provide support for Local Area Network focusing on Customer satisfaction and security. Efficiently interact with Bluegrass management and staff.
Maintain and implement VoIP services for remote locations traversing internal and external networks.
Work with network planning organizations to ensure changes to the system are implemented and affected parties are informed.

Background/Experience:
