If you have a Mobile Web-capable phone, you can sign up for Mobile Web. Surfing is fast and easy, and just a button away!
Once you've signed up for access, log on by accessing the browser icon or web option from your phone's menu. Instructions vary by phone, refer to your user's manual for complete information. The Mobile Web menu options you'll see on your phone are:

*Mobile Web use requires network compatible web-enabled handset and Mobile Web access plan with cellular calling plan. Accessible graphics and web content vary by phone and by site. Kilobytes (KB) are used when surfing Mobile Web: airtime is not used. Megabytes (MB) and kilobytes (KB) are standard units of measure for data sent and received. 1 MB = 1024 KB. Not all sites are available for viewing on your handset. Must have a digital signal in order to surf. Data roaming is available in all 50 United States, however coverage may vary. Phone will not be able to receive incoming cellular calls while in an active Mobile Web session: incoming calls will be directed to voice mail. Fifty percent (50%) of total data usage (measured in kilobytes and megabytes) during any single billing cycle must be used within the service territory of Bluegrass Cellular.

Important Note:  If you change phones or send a phone off for repair, please deactivate your BREW™ subscriptions on your unused phone to avoid monthly charges. To do this, go to the BREW™ icon in your phone's menu, select the checkmark option, then choose "manage apps".  Select each application you wish to remove, and select "remove" for each one.   You will need to re-purchase each of your BREW™ applications on your new phone to receive the same content on that new phone.

The MMS Scrapbook is an online Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) application that allows you to:

How do I send my pictures to my Scrapbook?

•  Click on the link at the top of this page to get to the Scrapbook. REGISTER at the lower left hand side of the screen. You'll enter your name, 10 digit phone # and your email address. A text message will be sent to your phone with your password. Don't worry if you forget it - you can always have a new text message sent to you if you click "Forgot your password"

•  From your phone, send a picture to 7427 (PICS) as if you were sending to a mobile number. Refer to your phone's manual for detailed instructions on sending pictures if needed.

•  Once you log in to your MMS Scrapbook, your inbox will show the picture you have sent. You can then make changes using the tools in the MMS Scrapbook, or create an album to store the picture.

•  Send to any 10 digit Bluegrass Cellular phone number or to any email address. The person receiving your picture will either be able to see it in your message, or they can view it online at an address given to them!***

Other Restrictions may apply. BlueWorks Picture Messaging requires network compatible phone in order to send and directly view pictures from phone. Service not guaranteed due to lack of digital signal or use outside of Bluegrass Cellular home coverage area. Recipients that do not have picture messaging on their phone must be SMS (text messaging) subscribers in order to receive a text message directing them to view pictures online. Kilobyte (and MB) charges apply when sending pictures via MMS messaging over package limit and also apply when receiving images on phone.  If a text message is received by a non-MMS subscriber, a text messaging charge applies.Fifty percent (50%) of total data usage (measured in kilobytes and megabytes) during any single billing cycle must be used within the service territory of Bluegrass Cellular.
